Ava Adinolfi trained under Denise Wall at Denise Wall’s Dance Energy as a student and a teacher. While obtaining her undergraduate degree she had the exciting experience of performing in several shows at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and presented her choreography at Busch Entertainment’s annual dance concert.
Before attending graduate school, Ava enjoyed several seasons as a featured dancer for Second Wind Dance Company under the direction of Beverly Duane Cordova. Her passion for understanding and compassion led her to study Sociology with an emphasis in Child Welfare receiving a Master’s of Science in 2011. While graduate school required Ava to dance and teach less than desired she had the prestigious opportunity to present her collaborative research at 2 international conferences with colleagues. Shortly after grad school, Ava received a 200 hour certification in Hot Yoga and Vinyasa from Yax Yoga Concepts.
Most recently, Ava had the unique opportunity to lead workshops at Dance Teachers Summit, deliver the Keynote speech for Beach Girls Rock, and guest teach for Virginia Beach’s Visual and Performing Arts Academy.
